Nano-PVDF Coating ACP


The panel comprises a polyethylene core between two aluminum skin, the LDPE core's thickness and alloy's width can be designed according to customers requirement, the front surface is coating with PVDF paints, the protective film on the top surface can be peeled off. The back sheet is done by anti-corrosive pretreament or coating with anti-corrosive paints.
The Nano-PVDF panel is coated another anti-pollution Nano paints based on the PVDF coating layer.

This panel not only succeeded to the traditional PVDF coating panel's advantages. But by the high-tech Nano techonology ,it have more super advantages in pollution resistance, self-cleaning function, acid resistance and alkaline resistance.
