Fire-Resistance ACP

The panel comprises a polyethylene core between two aluminum skin, the LDPE core's thickness and alloy's width can be designed according to customers requirement, the front surface can be used the PVDF, Polyester and Nanometer paints, the protective film on the top surface can be peeled off. The back sheet is done by anti-corrosive pretreament or coated with anti-corrosive paints.

The content of sandwiched core is Mg(OH)2 NaOH and PE mixture materials, we use the high efficiency Dopont's Coupling Agent, the materials not only have the fire proof property, but also easy for formation

Panel Structure
1. The coated aluminum sheet
2. Fire retardant LDPE core.
3. Anti-oxidation coated aluminum sheet.

Fire proof property
When the temperature of the fire accident reaches 340-490℃, the Mg(OH)₂ will break up and have chemical reaction, and the react equation is:
Mg(OH)₂ = MgO + H₂O.
The Mg(OH)₂ doesn't generate any harmful matter in the whole burning process, and the generated materials can absorb the toxic gas and smoke.
The H₂O can dilute the Oxygen on the surface of the fire materials, the active MgO(can bear the temperature in 2000℃) not only can absorb the melting remain materials but also abate the smoke and stop the melting drop, which is a new kind of environment-friendly fire retardant materials.

Process properties
we use the high efficiency Dupont's Coupling Agent, it can melted tightly with inorganic substances. The Fire Proof panels can reach all the normal plastic cores process properties.
